Refund policy
We have a no return policy due to the fact that all of our orders are custom made. However, if your order is defective we will happily replace it. Thank you for understanding.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a replacement, you can contact us at sales@jammex.co. Send us an e-mail including pictures of the item(s) and a brief description of why you believe the product(s) is/are defective. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you the replaced item(s) to the same shipping address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement request, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, we will send the replacement(s) to the same shipping address. Please remember it can take some time to process a replacement since every item is custom made.
